Prices these are subject to change without notice, but any price increase will not affect orders that have been confirmed by payment of a deposit.  They do not include delivery costs - see Postage below - and an additional fee will be charged for any research done into providing specific material and/or style requests.

Payments we are currently only able to accept cheques or cash.  Please make cheques payable to ‘Lórien Business Services’.

Deposits & Other Monies Due  a non refundable 50% deposit is required when placing a stationery order.  The balance will be invoiced at the time of the final delivery and should be settled immediately.  Where any additional items have been subsequently ordered these will be due in full as & when they are completed.   Please note that whilst the initial consultation & draft design motif are free, any further work done on producing a satisfactory draft will incur fees, and hence you will still be invoiced for a minimum £50 should you decide not to go ahead with the order.    

Delivery & Damages wherever possible arrangements will be made for you to collect your order, but in certain circumstances, and at the discretion of Lórien Business Services, your order may be delivered by hand.  Where postage is unavoidable we can accept no responsibility for goods lost in transit, and any damages must be reported within 5 days.

Postage where your order has to be sent by post within the UK, an additional fee will be added to the final invoice to cover postage & packaging. The cost of posting overseas will vary depending on size & weight, as well as method of delivery.

Returns these are only accepted with prior approval.  Refunds & exchanges will only be considered where merchandise is found to be faulty or the agreed specifications of the order have not been adhered to.

Appearance due the constraints of the internet and printing, colours may vary from those requested.

Photographs these need to be supplied by the customer, and can be on storage media – returnable after downloading – or via e-mail, or prints.  Please note that the quality when printed will be dependant on the quality of the original photograph, and due to constraints of printing, colours in photographs may vary from those requested.

Designs will be based on agreed specifications but we reserve the right not to produce any stationery which we feel does not meet our high standards.
